Erin Dubich, MS, RD, is the owner of Erin Dubich Nutrition. She is a speaker, blogger, nutrition coach, grocery store tour facilitator, and all-around motivator. She helps women and men to feel better in their bodies through habit change, mindset shifting, goal achievement and establishing a healthier relationship with food. She is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition Communication from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University.
Erin’s core purpose is to transform lives by inspiring courageous decisions. She helps people to practice real nourishment, self-care, and self-love. In March 2014, Erin debuted her perspective on eating at the Chicago Women’s Conference with “Looking at Food through the Lens of Self-Love.”
Erin is an expert on fat-loss. She has helped over 500 men and women transform their bodies through smart nutrition, positive mindset, strength training and sustainability strategies. Erin’s personal journey is her inspiration for her work. In the last 10 years, she lost 30% body fat and 75 pounds, and gained a deep love for her own body, mind and soul.
Erin contributed research and writing for David Grotto’s well-reviewed book “The Best Things You Can Eat: From Aches to Zzzz.” In the last two years, she has facilitated more than 100 small group conversations about nutrition, behavior change, and reframing mindset.
Erin is known as The Grocery Store Tour Girl. Since 2012, she has taken over 150 people on a store tour. In this unique kind of nutrition education, which she calls a “walking nutrition consultation,” she takes individuals and small groups to Trader Joe’s. They learn what foods to buy based on their health goal (and why), how to read food labels, how much sugar/fat/fiber/protein/carbohydrates are appropriate, and much more.
